Embark on an exciting adventure at the stunning Damajagua Waterfalls. After a brief safety briefing and gearing up, we'll take a guided hike through the lush tropical forest for approximately 40-45 minutes.
Our knowledgeable guide will share information about the local flora and fauna as we explore. We'll reach a series of waterfalls where you can swim, jump, and slide down natural rock formations into refreshing pools. An unforgettable experience for thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts!
Monkeys: Local to our old grotto is a botanical park with over 30 free-roaming squirrel monkeys. These monkeys love visitors and love to sit on shoulders, heads and feed on special plants. This is the best photo opportunity in the DR. At the bottom of the grotto is an enclosure for our rescue capuchin monkeys that have been physically or nutritionally abused. There are hundreds of other animals roaming freely throughout the park.”

- Not wheelchair accessible, baby strollers can be brought.

- People with back, neck, heart, or knee problems are not recommended
- The excursion requires 40 to 45 minutes of walking on the part of the client, as the activity starts from the last waterfall.

- Once we have picked you up at Taino Bay or Amber Cove, we will head directly to Damajua Park which is 35 minutes away

- Cancellations the day of tour or no-shows or being late: forfeit the entire amount, no refund
- Activities may change due to weather conditions (hurricane, storm, swells)
- Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
- If for some reason the tour is running late due to disembarking or other delays we will shorten the time at one of the stops to ensure your return to the ship in plenty of time for your sailing.
