Cancellation Policies

All tours are non-refundable once taken

• Cancellations 36 hrs in advance: 100% refund
• Cancellations 24 hrs in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations the day of tour or no-shows or being late: forfeit the entire amount, no refund
• Activities may change due to weather conditions (hurricane, storm, swells)
• Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
• If for some reason the tour is running late due to disembarking or cable car delays we will shorten the time at one of the stops to ensure your return to the ship in plenty of time for your sailing.
